Refund and Returns Policy

1. No Return on Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or unsealed.

2. Eligible Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:

 You received a damaged product
 You received a defective item
 You received the wrong product

To be eligible, the item must:

 Be unused and in original packaging
 Include all accessories (if any)
 Be reported within 24 hours of delivery

3. How to Request a Return
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
* Share your order number
* Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
* Our team will review and confirm the return request

*Make Video while opening Packageing for a proof of damaged/wrong/defective

4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

* A replacement will be shipped (subject to availability), or
* A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

* Opened or used products
* Products without original packaging
* Items damaged due to misuse
* Orders returned without approval

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

7. Partial Payment & COD Policy

• Any partial payment made at the time of placing the order is strictly non-refundable, even in case of cancellation or return.
• If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused, not accepted, or undelivered due to customer unavailability or rejection at the time of delivery, the order will be treated as cancelled by the customer, and no refund of the partial payment will be provided.
• In case of genuine issues such as damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers are eligible for a full refund or replacement as per the return policy.
